Yogurt is undoubtedly one of the healthiest dairy products a person should consume every day. However, if you have got used to the taste of this product and are looking for something new, try cooking yogurt oatmeal right away!
- Maypo Wheat : 0.25 cup
- oatmeal : 5 Tbsp (quick is preferable - the chopped up stuff. which can be made by sticking some oatmeal into a food processor for a few seconds)
- yogurt : 1 cup (lowfat yogurt depending upon your desire and taste)
- brown sugar : 2 Tbsp (or to your taste)
- honey : 2 Tbsp
- milk : 0.5 cup (or more)
Stages of cooking
Let’s start cooking yogurt oatmeal with adding some oatmeal into a deep bowl.
This is how much oatmeal I have used to cook the breakfast. There are about 5 tablespoons of it in a bowl. You can use more or less depending upon your appetite and preferences.
Add maypo wheat in a thin layer above oatmeal.
Apply 2 or so teaspoons of brown sugar evenly to the top of maypo wheat.
Distribute brown sugar on the top of the maypo wheat.
Carefully, start saturating the dessert with milk. If you overlook the importance of this step, once the next steps are completed, you'll have a milk membrane that will keep the oatmeal from getting milk contact.
Next, add yogurt. This is the best part of the food, and adds the most to the flavor. So be liberal.
Drizzle some honey on top! Apply it as you wish.
Finally, add more milk to the dish. This is a very good and healthy dish to eat, and it really is very good tasting. You should try it to enjoy the dessert!
