Incredibly tender, juicy chicken in the best traditions of Australian cuisine. Easy and quick to cook with the help of a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • chicken legs : 7 piece
  • champignons : 200 g
  • sweet pepper : 1 piece
  • onion : 1 piece
  • milk : 300 ml
  • starch : 1 Tbsp
  • butter : 50 ml
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • salt : 1 tsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare chicken legs.

  2. Turn on the slow cooker on "Frying" mode. Melt butter in a a bowl.

  3. Fry chicken legs at both sides.

  4. Chop champingons.

  5. Add to chicken and fry.

  6. Cut sweet pepper and onion into thin strips.

  7. Add to chicken, stir.

  8. Mix starch and milk, add the mass to the chicken legs. Add salt and black pepper. Turn on the mode "Stew".
