Want to please your family  with a simple, quick and tasty breakfast? Then we suggest to cook baked scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese. 

Ingredients

  • egg : 4 piece
  • onion : 50 g
  • sweet yellow pepper : 120 g
  • tomatoes : 100 g
  • hard cheese : 20 g
  • greens : 10 g
  • salt : 0.5 tsp

  1. Wash vegetables, greens and eggs. Peel the onion. Remove pepper from seeds. Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.

  3. Grease baking dishes with oil. Put onions, peppers and tomatoes. Break 2 eggs into each dish. Salt, pepper. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
