Ingredients

  • flour : 120 g
  • brown sugar : 120 g
  • cinnamon : 0.5 Tbsp
  • butter : 4 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • walnuts : 120 g (ingredients to sprinkle)
  • banana : 3 piece
  • milk : 1 Tbsp
  • cinnamon : 2 tsp
  • nutmeg : 0.5 tsp
  • butter : 8 Tbsp
  • sugar : 1 cup (granulated)
  • egg : 2 piece
  • flour : 2 cup
  • baking powder : 1 tsp
  • salt : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Put bananas on the baking tray and bake them in the pre-heated to 350 degrees oven during 15 minutes. Put them away. Bananas\' peel must become dark. Then reduce heat to 160 degrees.

  2. Take a bowl. Whisk sugar and butter. Add eggs.

  3. Take another bowl and mix bananas, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add milk and stir everything properly. Again add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix ingredients.

  4. Mix up two mixtures until it becomes smooth.

  5. Take a baking form and spread the dough inside it. Bake in the oven during 40-45 minutes.

  6. Now prepare a mixture to sprinkle bread. Mix flour, cinnamon and brown sugar. Add salt and nutmeg. Stir everything.

  7. Take banana bread away from the oven. Sprinkle it with nutmeg mixture and again bake it during 20 minutes.

  8. Slice banana bread, pour honey on it and serve with ice-cream or butter. Enjoy!
