  • buttermilk: 130 ml
  • dark chocolate: 50 g
  • banana: 2 piece
  • egg: 2 piece
  • brown sugar: 0.5 cup
  • sugar: 120 g
  • butter: 8 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • cocoa powder: 1 cup
  • flour: 2 cup

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 C (350 F) degrees. Spread butter all over the baking form and put aside. Meanwhile whisk in a bowl butter with sugar until it is smooth and soft.

  3. Now mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, brown sugar and buttermilk. Add to bananas and throw in chocolate pieces.

  4. Spread the dough all over the baking form, bake during 30 minutes. After this cover it with foil and bake during 40 minutes.
