  • apple : 1 piece
  • wine vinegar : 3 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • black pepper : 0.5 tsp
  • onion : 2 piece (one onion should be grated, while the second one should be sliced)
  • cabbage : 1 piece (can be replaced with lettuce)
  • garlic : 2 piece (sliced)

  • cottage cheese : 100 g
