This is super tasty blueberry muffins, aromatic, flavoured and beautiful. They are so festive, if you have a sweet tooth, this recipe is just for you.

Ingredients

  • yogurt : 150 ml
  • egg : 2 piece
  • vegetable oil : 100 ml
  • poppy seeds : 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder : 1 tsp
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • sugar : 200 g
  • flour : 280 g
  • white chocolate : 70 g
  • blueberries : 150 g

Stages of cooking

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C degrees (400 F). Wash blueberry and then place on a kitchen towel to dry.

  2. In a big bowl whisk yogurt, butter and eggs.

  3. Now mix flour, sugar, baking powder, poppy seeds and white chocolate.

  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over dry ingredients. Mix everything properly. Add blueberries.

  5. Prepare a muffin tray, spoon batter into muffin cups and bake during 20-25 minutes until tops are golden.

  6. Take muffin tray out of the oven and remove muffins. Let muffins cool for at least 10 minutes. Serve with hot tea.
