This is super tasty blueberry muffins, aromatic, flavoured and beautiful. They are so festive, if you have a sweet tooth, this recipe is just for you.

Ingredients

  • yogurt: 150 ml
  • egg: 2 piece
  • vegetable oil: 100 ml
  • poppy seeds: 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • sugar: 200 g
  • flour: 280 g
  • white chocolate: 70 g
  • blueberries: 150 g

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C degrees (400 F). Wash blueberry and then place on a kitchen towel to dry.

  2. In a big bowl whisk yogurt, butter and eggs.
