- butter : 125 g
- dark chocolate 75% : 150 g
- egg : 2 piece (1 egg for the base and 1 egg for the cream)
- sugar : 230 g (150 g for the base and 80 g for the cream)
- flour : 150 g
- cream cheese : 125 g
- sour cream : 0.5 cup (10%)
- hazelnuts : 30 g
Stages of cooking
Chop the butter and break the chocolate into pieces. Melt them in a microwave oven and stir well to get a smooth mass. Add chopped hazelnuts, 1 egg and 150 g of sugar
Add the sieved flour, stir well once again
Heat the oven to 180 degrees, take a loose-base cake tin or a rectangular baking form, cover it with baking paper, spoon the dough and bake for about 10 minutes
To cook the upper layer, whip one egg, cream, 80 g of sugar and cream cheese
Cover the base of the cheesecake with the cream layer and keep baking for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside to cool down a bit. Then put the cheesecake into a fridge for 3 hours minimum.
