Try to prepare chicken breasts with potato. This simple dish will be perfect for lunch. Chicken breasts and potato will give you strength for the whole day.
Wash Chicken breasts , dry with paper towels from moisture, salt, pepper and add lemon juice.
Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 * C. Heat the pan, pour olive oil, heat it and put breasts. Fry on both sides over high heat for 2-3 minutes. until it becomes golden.
Mix mustard with herbs: rosemary and thyme.
In a baking dish put cut onions (green onions or leeks), On top - fried chicken breasts.
