  • chicken breasts: 500 g
  • lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
  • white pepper: 1 pinch
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • onion: 1 piece
  • cherry tomatoes: 200 g
  • mustard: 2 Tbsp (french)
  • rosemary: 0.5 tsp
  • thyme: 0.5 tsp
  • bouillon: 200 ml (chicken or vegetable)
  • hard pressed cheese: 150 g
  • potato: 600 g
  • salt: 1 tsp

Wash Chicken breasts , dry with paper towels from moisture, salt, pepper and add lemon juice.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 * C. Heat  the pan, pour olive oil, heat it and put breasts. Fry on both sides over high heat for 2-3 minutes. until it becomes golden.

Mix mustard with herbs: rosemary and thyme.

In a baking dish put cut onions (green onions or leeks), On top - fried chicken breasts.

P.S. Onions can also be pre-fry lightly.

Smear the breast with herbs and mustard, spread sliced sweet cherry tomatoes.

Add bouillon.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Dressing. Peel and cut the potatoes, add salt. Mix the oil with thyme and rosemary, add to the potatoes and mix again.

After a breast removed, increase the temperature to 220 * and bake potatoes more 5-7-10 min. (depending on the oven and potato varieties), or until the light brown.
