Have you ever cooked chicken terrine? Or, maybe, you have not even heard about such a dish? Regardless of your answer, this recipe is definitely worth your attention. Chicken terrine cooked with vegetables and spices will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet: 2 piece
  • tomatoes: 400 g
  • asparagus: 3 piece
  • onion: 1 piece
  • garlic: 2 clove
  • basil: 1 bunch
  • white wine: 350 ml
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • gelatin: 8 g
  • spices: 1 tsp (for the chicken)
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp

  1. Prepare the products to simplify the cooking process.

  2. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces and fry with chopped onion and garlic.

  3. Add wine, spices and stew under the closed lid on small fire for about an hour. Add salt, pepper and take the frying pan away from fire.

  4. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Boil the asparagus. Parboil the tomatoes to remove the skins carefully. Chop the tomatoes and basil.

  5. Separate the meat from the bones, mix with tomatoes, basil and spread the mixture on the bottom of the deep container with high edges. Put asparagus above.

  6. Mix the dissolved gelatin with the sauce, in which you have cooked the chicken. Pour the broth above the chicken fillet with vegetables.

  7. Place your chicken terrine into the fridge for the night until it jellifies.
