Fantastic chocolate pancakes with banana and caramel for your loved ones!
- flour : 200 g
- cocoa powder : 50 g
- milk : 200 ml
- egg : 2 piece
- sugar : 3 Tbsp
- butter : 50 g
- dark chocolate 75% : 100 g
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- vanillin : 5 g
- banana : 2 piece
- caramel : 100 ml
- walnuts : 20 g
Stages of cooking
Whisk eggs and sugar.
Add warm milk, vanillin, cocoa powder, flour and baking powder. Stir the batter using the mixer.
Melt the butter and add it to the batter. Mix everything thoroughly. If needed, add more flour.
Heat the frying pan, spread some butter over its surface. Pour the batter on the well-heated frying pan using a tablespoon and fry the pancakes on both sides until they are ready.
Grate the chocolate. Peel the bananas and cut them into the round slices.
Chop the walnuts in the blender. Put one pancake on the plate, cover it with bananas, add caramel and dredge the grated chocolate.
Put one more pancake onto the first layer and repeat the steps. All in all, there should be four layers in the dessert. Cover the upper layer with caramel and dredge walnuts. Enjoy your pancakes!
