Cupcakes with chocolate ganache look and taste great! They are cooked of simple ingredients, the combination of which triggers such a wonderful result. Try cooking this dessert for your loved ones and they will be delighted with its aroma and taste!

Ingredients

  • butter: 1 cup (unsalted)
  • water: 1 cup
  • cocoa powder: 0.75 cup (not sweet)
  • flour: 2 cup
  • sugar: 2 cup
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • baking soda: 1.5 tsp
  • egg: 2 piece
  • sour cream: 0.5 cup
  • chocolate chip: 3 cup (bittersweet)
  • heavy cream: 1 cup
  • corn starch: 1.5 Tbsp
  • liqueur: 0.25 cup (raspberry)

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (350 F). Meanwhile, take a pot, mix butter with water and simmer the mixture on small fire. Add cocoa powder and mix the ingredients well once again. Take the pot away from fire and let it cool down.

  2. Sift the flour, add sugar, salt and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Then mix eggs with sour cream.

  4. Mix dry ingredients with eggs and sour cream.

  5. Now, mix all the ingredients. Spoon the batter into the cupcake forms, leaving 1/3 of space. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 12-15 minutes.  Cool the cupcakes afterwards.

  6. It is high time to cook chocolate ganache now! Melt the chocolate chips on a water bath, add heavy cream and corn starch. Stir the ingredients to get smooth mixture. Take the pot off the fire and stir in the raspberry liqueur. Wait until your chocolate ganache cools down a bit and cover the cupcakes with it. Bon appétit!
