Ingredients

  • cherry: 150 g
  • blueberries: 75 g
  • blackberries: 75 g
  • nectarine: 200 g
  • banana: 1 piece
  • brown sugar: 20 g
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • cognac: 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla ice cream: 500 g

  1. Prepare the fruit and berries from the list of ingredients. Wash them and cut into pieces if needed.

  2. Warm the sugar on the frying pan until it starts melting.

  3. Add one tablespoon of butter, melt it and mix with sugar.

  4. Now, add the fruit and berries and mix the ingredients once again. You can use any seasonal fruit and berries you will find. This also depends upon your taste. It is also possible to add frozen products.

  5. Stew the ingredients together until berries and fruit become soft and juicy. Add cognac and set it on fire before adding into the dessert. This spectacular action will not leave your guests indifferent.

  6. Spoon vanilla ice cream into serving dishes, pour with hot sauce and serve immediately after that! Bon appétit!
