- asparagus : 300 g
- carrots : 200 g
- broccoli : 200 g
- potato : 200 g
- cauliflower : 250 g
- butter : 100 g
- assafetida : 1 tsp
- nutmeg : 1 tsp
- flour : 90 g
Stages of cooking
Steam vegetables. They must be cooked but, still, hard.
Now take a pan (not big), put it on the stove, spread butter all over its bottom. Let it melt. Then set pan aside and add assafetida and nutmeg. If you don\'t have assafetida you may use other ingredients. For example 2 bulb onion, 1 tsp of dried ground garlic, one clove of fresh garlic and the same proportion of any of these spiches : ginger,cardamom, turmeric, black mustard, rock salt.
Add flour and stir it until it becomes smooth.
Pour in warm milk,stirring everything all the time. Put the pan back on the stove and heat dressing to boiling. Then make law heat and continue stirring during one minute until it becomes smooth and thick.
Add salt and pepper.
Now put all the steamed vegetables into dressing and mix. Here we come! Help yourself!
