Greek salad is not just a common vegetable salad, it has its secrets. Use fresh vegetables and good olive oil. This recipe is very nice, a good exotic dish.
- black olives : 50 g
- lemon : 1 piece
- bell pepper : 0.5 piece (green)
- feta cheese : 200 g
- olive oil : 6 Tbsp
- red onion : 1 piece
- tomatoes : 2 piece
- cucumber : 1 piece
- dried oregano : 1 tsp
- black pepper : 1 tsp (per taste)
Stages of cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. Cube feta cheese into big enough pieces.
Peel cucumber and cube or chop.
Slice tomatoes into medium pieces.
Slice red onion and cut pepper into circles. Mix all the cut ingredients and add olives.
In a bowl mix olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt, black pepper and oregano. Stir properly.
Dress the salad with this sauce and that is all. The Greek Salad is ready to be served.
