We suggest you to prepare healthy breakfast for kids - chocolate rice pudding. Adding cocoa and chocolate makes this pudding a real dessert, which both kids and adults will indulge themselves with pleasure. Serve chocolate rice pudding with your favorite berries and dried fruits.
Pour 50 ml of milk into a small bowl. The remaining milk with cream pour into a saucepan. Heat on medium heat until the first bubbles appear. Add rice to the creamy milk mixture, make it boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring.
Add cocoa and cinnamon to the remaining milk, mix thoroughly.
Add the chocolate mass to the rice and cook for 20-25 minutes until it's ready, do not forget to stir.
A couple minutes before being ready break the chocolate into pieces, add to the pudding and mix well until the chocolate is completely melts. Remove from heat and leave for a while.
