Muffins with broccoli and cheese is a great option for a quick snack, when there is no time for a full meal. You can take it to work or give kids to school. Broccoli and cheese muffins are the perfect addition to the hot soup. Your kids also can easily prepare it themselves.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Disassembled broccoli into inflorescences and boil in water for 5 minutes.
Cut goat cheese into small cubes.
Put the eggs in a large bowl and whisk well with a whisk or fork.
Pour olive oil and milk into the egg mass and mix thoroughly.
Sift the flour with baking powder, pour it into the bowl with the egg mass, mix again.
