Tender soup with different vegetables and chicken. Gentle and light soup, which is very easy to cook, with a rich and balanced taste. This dish is great for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts : 200 g
  • cream : 200 ml
  • potato : 200 g
  • onion : 100 g
  • wheat flour : 1 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 Tbsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • oil : 2 Tbsp
  • mixed vegetables : 200 g (mix of frozen vegetables)

Stages of cooking

  1. Peel onions and chop it.

  2. Peel potatoes and chop it.

  3. Chop chicken breasts as well.

  4. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, wait until it boils.
    Add potatoes, cook for 10 minutes after it starts boiling.

  5. Add chicken.

  6. Warm up the pan with butter.
    Put onion, mix, fry for about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes golden.

  7. Add frozen vegetables mix, cook 5-7 min.

  8. Add vegetables to the soup.

  9. Add salt, pepper and cook 5 min.

  10. In a separate bowl mix cream with flour, than add the mass to the soup, stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes after it starts boiling.
