Delicious and beautiful fritters made of green peas. Perfectly comes up as a snack, or as a light dinner. Fritters are bright, nutritious and of course delicious. And to make it even more delicious they can be served with sour cream sauce and salted fish.
- green peas : 400 g (frozen)
- sour cream : 2 Tbsp
- egg : 1 piece
- flour : 50 g
- baking powder : 1 tsp
- oil : 2 Tbsp
- salt : 1 tsp
- sour cream : 100 ml (for the sauce)
- lemon zest : 1 tsp
- salt : 1 pinch
- black pepper : 1 pinch
- salmon : 100 g (salted salmon)
Stages of cooking
Add egg and sour cream, carefully mash the mass with a blender to make the it as smooth as possible.
Add flour, baking powder, salt.
Fry on low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, then close the lid, and on low heat hold for another 5 minutes.
For the sauce: mix sour cream, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
You can serve both hot or cold, with salmon or without. Enjoy!
