Vegetarian healthy rice recipe with roasted carrots and celery stalks. Tender chicken fillet goes well with rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • rice : 150 g
  • carrots : 150 g
  • celery : 150 g
  • tomato paste : 1 Tbsp
  • hot pepper : 0.3 tsp
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • oil : 1 Tbsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Peel carrots, cut into small pieces.

  3. Celery stalks cut into small pieces.

  4. In a pan with a thick bottom, pour vegetable oil.
    Put the carrots, fry for 3 minutes.

  5. Add celery, mix, fry for 5-10 minutes.

  6. Add tomato paste, red hot pepper.
    Salt, pepper, add rice, mix.

  7. Pour in 3 glasses of water (three times more rice), bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until all the liquid boils out.
