  • champignons: 12 piece
  • egg: 2 piece (boiled)
  • hard cheese: 1 Tbsp
  • green onion: 0.5 bunch
  • white dry wine: 1 Tbsp
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 1 pinch
  • tomatoes: 1 piece
  • parsley: 0.5 bunch

  1.  Prepare the ingredients

  2. Chop boiled eggs and green onion. Then grate hard cheese.

  3. Mix the ingredients with butter and wine. Add  salt and pepper. Then mix everything once again thoroughly.

  4. Peel and wash the caps of champignons.

  6. Put the stuffed champignons on the frying pan and cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes in the oven at 200 C (392 F).
