Delicious and healthy dessert loved by children and adults - the rice pudding, this time cooked in the Instant Pot. What could be easier for mom?
Wash and peel the apples. Cut each in half and remove the core. Cut into large pieces. Put apples and raisins in a greased instant pot, sprinkle with half sugar and cook in the “baking” mode for 12 minutes. Remove from the instant pot.
Pour rice into the instant pot, pour 1.5 cups of water and milk, add zest, cinnamon and the remaining sugar and set up the “Cook” mode for 35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then add the yolks. Mix.
Put the pudding on a dish, pour over baked apples. Enjoy your meal!
