Marinated bell pepper, which is cooked for 15 minutes only, seems impossible! However, if you follow this recipe, you will make sure that it is quite possible to cook instantly marinated bell pepper for vegetarians and just for people, who adore marinated vegetables!
- bell pepper : 1.5 kg
- water : 1 litre
- sugar : 0.5 cup
- salt : 2 Tbsp
- oil : 0.5 cup
- vinegar : 8 Tbsp
- garlic : 3 clove
- fennel : 4 bunch (dried or fresh)

Let’s start with preparing the ingredients first to keep them at hand while cooking.
Wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Slice it into thin strips. Boil water, add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Add the sliced bell pepper into the water and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
Remove the bell pepper from the marinade, let it cool down a bit and add pressed garlic to your taste. Then add chopped fennel.
Place the bell pepper into a large glass can or several of them (depending upon the amount and the size of the cans) and pour cold or warm marinade into the cans. Cover the cans with the lids and store them in the fridge. Enjoy the dish!
