This appetizer is so delicious, colorful and simple, you need only several minutes to cook it. This recipe is really easy and so tasty!

Ingredients

  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • mozzarella : 50 g (per taste)
  • balsamic vinegar : 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil : 1 Tbsp
  • basil : 1 Tbsp
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • cherry tomatoes : 300 g
  • butter : 100 g
  • Italian bread : 1 piece

  1. Prepare the bread, it would be better if it is fresh.

  2. Slice the bread and spread butter all over each slice. The butter should be soft, spread butter per taste.
