Delicious Japanese shrimps cooked in the best traditions of the Asian cuisine! The garlic and ginger sauce adds to the taste and aroma of the dish, while their unusual appeal will make the dish stand out in the crowd!

  • shrimp: 750 g (boiled and peeled)
  • garlic: 4 clove
  • chili pepper: 1 piece (0.5 red and 0.5 green)
  • ginger: 2 Tbsp
  • oil: 3 Tbsp
  • rice vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • starch: 1 Tbsp

Chop garlic and ginger, slice the pepper into thin strips and fry on oil for about 1-2 minutes

Add boiled and peeled shrimps, leave the tails unpeeled. It will be easier for your to eat them afterwards. Keep frying for 2-3 minutes more.

Add rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce. Dissolve starch in one tablespoon of water and add to the shrimps. Mix until the sauce becomes dense.
