Lasagna Carbonara is one of the variations of the classic Lasagna recipe. However, the dish deserves the attention of gourmets due to the astounding combination of ingredients and the fantastic taste everyone will certainly appreciate. Ingredients

  • champignons: 400 g
  • bacon: 100 g
  • onion: 2 piece
  • egg: 5 piece
  • milk: 500 ml
  • cream: 150 ml
  • hard cheese: 150 g
  • starch: 1 Tbsp
  • parsley: 3 piece
  • Lasagna sheets: 3 piece
  • oil: 30 ml

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a frying pan without oil until the bacon becomes golden

  2. Cut the onion into thin circles. Cut the champignons into 4 parts

  3. Add champignons to the bacon and fry for about 5 minutes

  4. Add onion and continue frying for 2-3 minutes more. Add salt and pepper

  5. Whip the milk with eggs, cream and starch

  6. Grate the hard cheese, put 2 tablespoons of it into another bowl, chop the parsley and add the ingredients to the eggs with milk and cream

  7. Oil the baking form. Pour a bit of egg mixture on the bottom of it. Add the first layer of lasagna sheets, half of the bacon with champignons, onion and the rest of the egg mixture. Then put the second lasagna sheet and repeat the step. Cover the topping with the third lasagna sheet and pout the remaining egg mixture on it

  8. Dredge with grated cheese

  9. Bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
