- lemon : 3 piece
- sugar : 700 g
- water : 750 ml
- food-grade alcohol : 750 ml
Stages of cooking
Before cooking the drink, choose the best lemons you can find. They should be fresh, bright yellow and aromatic. It is desirable to choose lemons of the same size
Wash the lemons and dry them with a paper towel. Remove the zest with a sharp knife
Cut each lemon into halves and juice them
Take a glass bottle and pour lemon juice with food-grade alcohol inside. Add zest. Leave in a cool dark place for 30 days
Take a clean cotton cloth and filter the drink
Cook the syrup out of water and sugar. Mix it with the drink you have just filtered. The drink will become lighter
Pour the ready-made lemon liqueur into glass bottles and leave it for 20-30 days. Before serving the drink, it is recommended to cool it in the fridge. You can also add ice cubes, especially if the weather is hot! Enjoy!
