  • cucumber: 1 piece (large)
  • celery: 2 piece
  • fennel: 0.5 bunch
  • black olives: 0.5 can
  • Korean Carrot Salad: 100 g
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • balsamic: 0.5 tsp
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • poppy seeds: 10 g
  • black pepper: 1 pinch
  • skim cheese: 100 g

Chop the tomato, cucumber and add black olives

Peel the celery and chop it as well. Add Korean Carrot Salad and chop the fennel
