  • minced meat : 500 g (it is recommended to take chicken for this purpose)
  • pumpkin : 200 g (grated)
  • egg : 1 piece
  • onion : 1 piece
  • basil : 1 tsp (dried)
  • oat-flakes : 2 Tbsp
  • powdered garlic : 1 tsp
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • chili pepper : 1 piece (small)
  • oil : 3 Tbsp
  • grapes : 100 g
  • spices : 1 tsp (you can use any spices you like)
  • sesame : 0.5 tsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Chop the onion and fry it on a frying pan with oil

  2. Add grated pumpkin and fry until it is ready

  3. Mix minced meat with oat flakes, onion, pumpkin, one egg, chopped chili pepper, salt and spices

  4. Add grapes and mix the ingredients well


  5. Put the dough into a baking form. If you wish, you can oil it first. Spread oil on the top of the meatloaf and dredge it with sesame. Bake at 180 degrees for about one hour

  6. Remove the meatloaf from the baking form and place into a fridge for 2 hours. Decorate the dish before serving it. Enjoy!
