These mini pancakes are delicious and attention-grabbing. They are easy to cook and are served with berries, which are full of vitamins. Salty caramel makes the taste even more unique and somewhat unusual!
Mix flour, milk, egg, sugar, oil and baking powder in a bowl until the batter becomes smooth
Heat the frying pan, spoon the batter and fry small pancakes on both sides
To cook salt caramel, melt sugar in a pot and add butter
Add ¼ tsp of salt and taste the caramel. If needed, add more salt
Stir everything well, boil the cream and add it to the caramel, stir once again
Wait until the caramel cools down, take wooden skewers, string your mini pancakes and fruits, pour salt caramel and serve! Enjoy the unique dessert you have just cooked!
