These mini pancakes are delicious and attention-grabbing. They are easy to cook and are served with berries, which are full of vitamins. Salty caramel makes the taste even more unique and somewhat unusual!

Ingredients

  • flour: 100 g
  • milk: 100 ml
  • egg: 1 piece
  • oil: 1 Tbsp
  • sugar: 120 g (100 g for the caramel and 20 g for the batter)
  • baking powder: 40 g
  • kiwi: 1 piece
  • grapes: 100 g
  • strawberries: 100 g
  • cream: 130 g (35%, for the caramel)
  • butter: 20 g (for the caramel)
  • salt: 1 tsp (for the caramel)

  1. Mix flour, milk, egg, sugar, oil and baking powder in a bowl until the batter becomes smooth

  2. Heat the frying pan, spoon the batter and fry small pancakes on both sides

  3. To cook salt caramel, melt sugar in a pot and add butter

  4. Add ¼ tsp of salt and taste the caramel. If needed, add more salt
