  • dark chocolate 75%: 20 g
  • oat-flakes: 3 Tbsp
  • walnuts: 100 g
  • chocolate chip: 1 cup
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • flour: 1 cup
  • vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  • egg: 2 piece
  • brown sugar: 200 g
  • butter: 200 g

  1. Take a large bowl. Put in butter and brown sugar. Mix all properly.

  2. Add eggs and vanilla essence. Melt dark chocolate and add to the rest of ingredients. Stir everything.

  3. Take another bowl and mix there flour, baking powder and salt. Now mix this with sugar-butter mixture. Add oat-flakes, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Stir ingredients and leave it for 30 minutes.

  4. Take a baking tray. Cover all of it with baking paper. Form cookies out of the dough any way you want. Bake in the preheated to 170 C (340 F) degrees oven for about 15-20 minutes. Now it is ready. It tastes great with milk or tea. Enjoy.
