Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Peel orange zest.

Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice.

Whip eggs with sugar using a mixer at maximum speed for 2-3 minutes.

In the egg mixture gently pour a little cooled butter, add flour, baking powder and mix until smooth.
