  • peanut butter: 100 g
  • maple syrup: 2 Tbsp (you may use agave syrup instead)
  • baking powder: 0.5 tsp
  • vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • almond flour: 170 g

  1. Take a blender. Place almonds into a blender jar and process until you get grainy mixture.

  2. Now in a large bowl mix almond flour, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt. Knead with your hands.
