This is a fantastic thing how easy and common dish may become interesting and unique. This recipe is full of colours and very tasty, you should cook it for dinner.

Ingredients

  • green onion : 2 Tbsp
  • parmesan : 1 cup
  • spaghetti : 450 g
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • salt : 1 pinch (per taste)
  • nutmeg : 0.5 tsp
  • chicken broth : 100 ml
  • cream : 1 cup
  • canned tomatoes : 400 g
  • artichoke : 400 g
  • onion : 0.5 piece
  • garlic : 3 clove
  • butter : 2 Tbsp
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp

  1. First peel and cut garlic.

  2. Rinse, peel and slice onion.

  3. Boil spaghetti according to instruction.

  4. Place a pan on the flame and pour olive oil.

  6. Saute onion and garlic.

  8. Now pour canned tomatoes and fry 8-10 minutes.
