This is a very interesting and tasty salald in Asian style. The combination of meat and pineapple is something new and really delicious. It is ideal for snack and dinner.

Ingredients

  • soy sauce : 4 Tbsp
  • Teriyaki sauce : 5 Tbsp
  • almond : 50 g
  • vegetable oil : 4 Tbsp
  • apple vinegar : 2 Tbsp
  • lettuce : 300 g
  • ginger : 1 tsp
  • cucumber : 1 piece
  • carrots : 2 piece (not big)
  • pineapple : 300 g
  • pork : 300 g (tenderloin)

Stages of cooking

  1. Cut pork tendeloin into thin strips.

  2. In a large bowl mix it with teriyaki sauce and leave for some time, let it marinate.

  3. Slice pineapple (it is better to use fresh one) or use canned pineapple, it may be already sliced.

  4. Peel carrot and then grate.

  5. Cut cucumber into strips but not very thin, cause it will lost all its juice.

  6. Place into pre-heated frying pan sliced pork, before pouring vegetable oil. You may fry it in parts. Fry each part of meat during 3 minutes.

  7. Mix apple vinegar, soy sauce and vegetable oil, add ginger. This is the dressing for the salad.

  8. Rip lettuce, mix all the vegetables and meat. Dress with sauce and sprinkle over almonds.
