  • sweet red pepper: 1 tsp
  • olive oil: 70 ml
  • dry bread crumbs: 2 Tbsp
  • spinach: 4 piece
  • garlic: 4 clove
  • mustard seed: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • rosemary: 2 piece
  • pork: 800 g (tenderloin)
