Do you wish to cook an unusual dish for your friends or family members? If so, then porkmeat with vegetables cooked in a crock pot is an ideal solution, which can surprise anyone! Tasty and healthy, this dish won\'t leave you indifferent!
Take a piece of porkmeat and chafe it with salt and pepper
Chop the onion and grate the carrot
Take 5 canned tomatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces
Cook the sauce by mixing ½ of tomato juice, ketchup, basil, oregano, salt and water.
Put onion, carrots, tomatoes, garlic and sauce on the bottom of your crock pot. Then put a piece of porkmeat above and cover the pot. Cook at HIGH regime for 5 hours (if you wish, you can cook the dish on a SLOW regime for 8 hours).
