
If you are pressed for time, but still wish to surprise your loved ones with the unusual dish, then this potato soup with horseradish and smoked trout will be a great solution! You will need only 35 minutes to cook the soup, but the result will be fantastic!
Ingredients
- potato : 700 g
- onion : 150 g
- butter : 20 g
- vegetable broth : 1 litre
- cream : 100 ml
- horseradish : 2 Tbsp (grated)
- white wine vinegar : 1 tsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- black pepper : 0.5 tsp
- smoked trout : 150 g
- fennel : 1 bunch

Peel and chop the potatoes and onion. Fry them on butter in a deep pot, where you will cook the soup, for about 5 minutes

Add hot vegetable broth, boil it, reduce the fire and boil the vegetables under the lid for about 20-25 minutes

Take the pot away from fire, add grated horseradish and blend the soup

Add cream to make the soup as dense as you wish. Add white wine vinegar, chopped fennel and pepper. If you need, you can add salt
