This is really unusual, still tasty potato salad. You may cook it according the steps or add several veggies, like cucumber and tomato, that would be a great choice.
Rinse and peel potatoes. Cut into thin strips. Place them into a bowl and rinse again.
Boil water into a pan. Place there potatoes and keep for about 1 minute, then place into a colander and rinse.
Add nutmeg, ground black and red pepper. Mix well.
Boil vegetable oil and press garlic.
Make a small “hill” out of potato strips, place garlic over it and pour over hot butter and add soy sauce. Mix well.
You may leave the salad for half an hour in a fridge. Serve and enjoy!
