  • milk: 1 Tbsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • salt: 2 pinch (1 pinch for the batter and 1 pinch for the syrup)
  • baking species: 1 tsp
  • water: 50 ml (for the syrup)
  • cream: 50 ml (33%, for the syrup)
  • vanillin: 1 tsp (for the syrup)
  • honey: 40 ml (for the syrup)

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and bake in the oven until it becomes soft. Blend the baked pumpkin into puree

Whisk eggs with sugar, add salt and stir the mixture

Add pumpkin puree, milk, flour, baking powder and species. Stir once again
