Summer is the time, when cooking jam and jelly is a real pleasure. There are so many fruit and berries you can use for this purpose during this season!  This is the recipe of delicious raspberry jelly that will appeal to your family and friends!


  • raspberry : 1 kg
  • sugar : 1.5 kg
  • water : 0.5 litre

  1. Mash the raspberries without washing them.

  2. Add hot boiling water.

  3. Place the pot on fire. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. Then carefully add sugar and keep boiling for 15 minutes more until the jelly is ready and the sugar dissolves.

  4. Stir the jelly while boiling it. Spoon hot jelly into glass jars and cover with the lids. You will eventually get dense, aromatic and very tasty raspberry jelly! Bon appétit!
