Melt butter in microwave.
Prepare graham cracker crumbs using blender.
Combine crumbs and butter. Stir carefully.
Now we pour our crumbs with butter in the baking dish, press it firmly onto the bottom of the dish.
Prepare lemon juice and zest.
Stir cream cheese with sugar, zest and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
One by one add the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly after adding each egg.
Finally add cream and lemon juice, mix everything.
Put the mass in the baking dish. (You may add fresh berries inside the cheesecakes, I\'ve added raspberry). Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes , then lower the temperature to 105 degrees and keep in the oven for an hour and a half (or until center is almost set)
