Excellent, nourishing, bright and healthy rice recipe with chicken and vegetables. Usually rice, chicken fillet, carrots and onions are found in every fridge - try combining them in this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts : 150 g
  • onion : 150 g
  • carrots : 150 g
  • rice : 150 g
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • turmeric : 0.3 tsp
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Peel and chop the onion in a chopper.

  2. Peel and chop the carrots in a grinder.

  3. Cut the fillet into cubes.

  4. Fry the onion in a saucepan with a thick bottom in olive oil for about 5 minutes.

  5. Add carrot and fry for another 5 minutes.

  6. Add fillet, fry 10 minutes.

  7. Add rice and mix.

  8. Add three glasses of water. Salt, pepper, add turmeric. Stir, close the lid.
    After boiling reduce heat to minimum. Cook for about 20 minutes.

  9. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
