  • tomatoes : 2 g
  • celery stalk : 1 piece

  • sugar : 2 tsp
  • black pepper : 0.5 tsp
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • flour : 2 Tbsp
  • mussels : 50 g
  • shrimp : 50 g
  • garlic : 2 clove
