The easiest way to cook salmon is to cook it with cream sauce. This absolutely delicious dish is very quickly made. Follow this recipe to prepare soft and tender side-dish.
- parsley : 10 g
- basil : 10 g
- yolk : 3 piece
- lemon : 0.5 piece
- sea salt : 1 tsp
- tarragon : 10 g
- dill : 10 g
- mustard : 2 Tbsp
- cream : 300 ml
- black pepper : 0.5 tsp
- salmon : 800 g (fillet)
Stages of cooking
Slice salmon fillet, approximately 5-6 cm width. Place slices in a baking form, add salt, black pepper and sprinkle lemon juice.
Take a bowl and whisk cream together with yolks.
Cut parsley, dill and basil, mix with cream sauce. Add mustard and grated lemon peel. Stir everything properly.
Pour cream sauce over salmon and bake in the pre-heated to 200 degrees oven for about 20 minutes.
It would be more than enough time to make salmon soft and sauce thick. Bon appétit.
