  • tarragon: 10 g
  • dill: 10 g
  • mustard: 2 Tbsp
  • cream: 300 ml
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • salmon: 800 g (fillet)

  1. Slice salmon fillet, approximately 5-6 cm width. Place slices in a baking form, add salt, black pepper and sprinkle lemon juice.
