Sassy Water was named after Cynthia Sass, who made up this fantastic recipe! This drink has already proven its high efficacy when it comes to weight loss as well as getting rid of different gastrointestinal problems. This is a real “masterpiece” for those ladies, who are on a diet!

  • water : 2 litre
  • cucumber : 2 piece
  • ginger : 1 tsp (fine grated)
  • mint leaves : 12 Tbsp
  • lemon : 1 piece

  2. Wash and peel the cucumbers. Slice them into thin circles

  6. Place all the ingredients inside the jar, add mint leaves and pour water. It is recommended to cook the drink in the evening and leave it in the fridge for the whole night. You should drink 3 liters of Sassy water during the next day, starting since the morning.

  7. Drink 1-1.5 cups each time you have the desire. The course should last for 4-5 days.
