This shrimp cobb salad is very delicious and unusual. Although, it takes much time to cook it, the salad will certainly become the highlight of your festive dinner. Having tried it, your guests will keep asking for another helping! Is there anything better than that?
Take a bowl and whisk all the ingredients for the dressing in it. Leave in a fridge for about one hour.
Take another bowl and mix the tomatoes, tomatillo, shallots, and garlic with the vinegar and juice from one lemon in it. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and put into the fridge for one hour. If you like raw tomatoes, just add them to the salad without marinating them.
Take a frying pan and sauté the shrimps in olive oil. In the end, add lemon juice and wine.
Chop the romaine and red leaf lettuce. Layer them in a shallow salad bowl.
Take the ingredients from the fridge and layer each of them in a salad bowl as well. Add the dressing. Your salad is now ready! Bon appétit!
