Thus, they recommend taking meals in small portions not less than 6 times per day. This regime helps prevent the feeling of hunger, making it easy for your body to digest the meals.

 

The most suitable products that contribute to effective weight loss are those rich in proteins and devoid of fats. These are eggs, meat, fish and dairy products. Fruit and vegetables should also constitute a notable part of your everyday diet. And, of course, do not forget to drink not less than 2 liters of clean water every day. With that said, healthy nutrition seems to be quite an easy endeavor, but lots of women still face numerous problems when it comes to cooking healthy dishes. This is another healthy dish, which is an ideal choice for women, who wish to be slim and attractive. To cook it properly, just wash the chicken breasts, add salt, spices, garlic and a bit of oil. Cover the product with foil and cook in the oven until the breasts are ready.

If you believe that desserts are incompatible with weight loss, then you are somewhat mistaken. Everything depends upon the type and ingredients of the dessert you choose.
