Spaghetti is one of the favorite dishes of many people. However, if your family members don’t consider the dish special, try cooking spaghetti under the Marinara sauce and they will change their opinion!
- canned tomatoes : 600 g
- onion : 1 piece
- garlic : 3 clove
- sugar : 1 tsp
- basil : 1 tsp
- spaghetti : 300 g
- olive oil : 2 Tbsp
- shrimp : 200 g
- hard cheese : 20 g (grated)
- carrots : 1 piece
Stages of cooking
Peel and chop the onion. Grate the carrot.
Fry onion and carrot on oil for about 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped garlic, basil, mashed canned tomatoes with juice, salt, black pepper and sugar.
Stew the vegetables in a deep frying pot under the lid for about 30 minutes. Then blend them to get the sauce.
Boil and peel the shrimps.
Add the shrimps to the sauce.
While the sauce is being cooked, boil the spaghetti until they are ready.
Add the sauce to the spaghetti, dredge with grated hard cheese and serve warm! Bon appétit!
