This is tasty, aromatic and substantial side-dish, you may cook it for lunch or dinner. This is an excellent dish for the whole family.
- salt : 1 tsp (per taste)
- black pepper : 2 pinch
- basil : 0.5 tsp (dry)
- parsley : 0.5 tsp (dry)
- yolk : 4 piece
- parmesan : 100 g
- butter : 2 Tbsp
- cream : 370 ml
- garlic : 2 clove
- bacon : 120 g
- onion : 1 piece
- chicken breasts : 2 piece (small or medium)
- spaghetti : 400 g
Stages of cooking
First cook spaghetti according the instruction. Then place in a collander and again throw in a pan.
Chop bacon and fry until it is crispy, then place on a paper for excess fat go away.
Rinse chicken breasts and boil in water on a medium flame during 30 minutes. Add salt.
Chop onion and garlic.
When chicken breasts are cooked, let them cool and then cube.
Grate parmesan then place in a bowl, add yolks, cream, basil and parsley. Whisk properly.
Throw in the pan onion and garlic, fry until golden brown. Then place chicken breast and bacon, fry 1-2 minutes.
Now place spaghetti and pour it with sauce.
Add salt and pepper if required, stew all this on a law flame during 5 minutes. Switch off the flame and serve.
